Job summary

The Placer Noida is seeking a cost estimation professional to prepare direct cost estimates for Water & Wastewater EPC projects, analyzing tender requirements, market rates and vendor quotations to feed the Estimation/Bidding team.

You will handle BOQ analysis, rate build-ups and item-wise costing for Water Supply, WTP, STP, Sewerage, Irrigation, pumping stations and pipelines, contributing to competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing direct cost estimates for EPC water/wastewater projects.
• Ability to analyze BOQ and perform rate build-ups for accurate costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare direct cost estimates and provide costing inputs to Estimation/Bidding teams.
• Prepare BOQ analysis and item-wise costing for Water Supply, WTP, STP, Sewerage, Irrigation, Pumps and Pipelines.
