Job summary

Saison International is seeking a Senior Manager / AVP to lead Embedded Finance & Strategic Partnerships in Mumbai. You will manage 3–5 enterprise partners, engage CXO-level discussions, and shape risk-aware commercial frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in embedded finance, digital lending, fintech partnerships, or BFSI alliances.
• Experience owning partner relationships end-to-end, including CXO-level discussions.
• Fluent in credit and risk concepts: approval rates, credit cost, portfolio quality.
• Strong analytical and MIS skills; capable of building performance narratives.
• Experience managing a small team or cross-functional squads in a matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership and boards.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner relationships with 3–5 enterprise partners across e-commerce, investment platforms, telecom, and payment networks.
• Lead select CXO-level partner conversations and contribute to bespoke risk/ commercial design.
• Own analytics and reporting for credit cost, approval rates, and disbursal performance vs targets.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS on disbursals, revenue, CAC, and margins; present to leadership.
• Manage a small team and coordinate cross-functional squads to meet partner deliverables.
