Drlogy is seeking a Duty Medical Officer at Sri Narayani Hospital in Vellore, India. The role includes responsibilities like patient assessment, emergency response, and medical documentation. The successful candidate will attend to various clinical patients, assist during rounds and procedures, monitor patient vitals, and coordinate with different teams within the hospital. This is a vital role ensuring quality patient care in alignment with hospital protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Attend OPD, IPD, emergency, ward, ICU, and assigned clinical patients during duty hours.
• Take patient history, conduct examination, and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor patient vitals, investigation reports, treatment response, and clinical progress.
• Maintain case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and handover records.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, ICU, OT, and billing teams.
• Respond to emergency calls and elevate critical cases promptly.
• Review investigation reports and inform seniors about abnormal findings.
• Support admission, discharge, referral, and patient movement processes.
• Counsel patients and attendants under consultant guidance.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Deliver safe, timely, and professional medical support.
