Job summary

Accor is seeking a Duty Engineer to supervise daily operations, maintenance programmes, and staff assignments at an IBIS property. You will coordinate with contractors, prepare consumption reports, and drive efficiency across maintenance workflows.

The role requires 2-3 years in hotel or facility maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, and the ability to troubleshoot emergencies. Shift flexibility, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 2-3 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
