Job summary

Accor in Mumbai is seeking a proactive hotel Engineering Assistant to support day-to-day maintenance of facilities and equipment. You will assist the Engineering team, perform basic troubleshooting, and help ensure safety procedures.

Freshers are welcome; an ITI/Diploma in Electrician/HVAC/Welder/Fitter is required. A positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to work shifts to support hotel operations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering team in day-to-day maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.

• Assist in electrical / HVAC / plumbing / welding, and general engineering works as assigned.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel engineering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering work areas.
• Learn and develop practical skills across different engineering functions.
