Job summary

Glauben Technologies seeks a skilled CAE Engineer to lead pre-/post-processing and advanced simulations focused on suspension system components. You will deliver high-quality virtual validation results to support product development, collaborating with design and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with ANSA, Meta Post, Abaqus, and fatigue analysis tools, with a strong understanding of linear and nonlinear static analyses and durability assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAE workflow from pre- to post-processing for validated results.
• Familiarity with fatigue and durability assessment methodologies.
• Ability to extract design recommendations from simulation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-processing of simulation models using ANSA and Meta Post.
• Execute structural simulations in Abaqus, including linear and nonlinear static analyses.
• Conduct fatigue simulations and durability assessments, preferably using nCode.
• Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to provide simulation insights.
• Interpret and document simulation results, highlighting critical design considerations.
• Ensure timely delivery of simulation reports aligned with project milestones.

Role Overview

Required Skills & Experience

• StrongproficiencyinANSAandMeta Postfor model preparation and results evaluation.

• Product knowledgeand theirbehaviorunder different load cases.
• Good understanding offatigue fundamentalsand prior experience withfatigue simulation tools(preferablynCode).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret engineering results for design recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors /Masters degree in Mechanical /Automotive /Aerospace Engineeringor related field.
• 3-12years of relevant CAE experience in automotive or related industries.
• Familiarity with other durability, dynamics, or optimization tools will be an added advantage.
