You will be the go-to technical expert for developers, testers and production support, helping them solve complex issues and make sound decisions.

You will lead technical discussions, review integration designs, and contribute to RCA outcomes, ensuring stable, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with strong Duck Creek hands-on.
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture and internals.
• REST/SOAP, JSON/XML formats and API troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of batch processing.
• SQL and database knowledge.
• Production support and RCA experience on enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Duck Creek technical SME for developers, configuration teams, testers and production-support teams.
• Guide integration design, configuration and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across architecture, APIs and data flows.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience (as per final decision) with strong hands-on Duck Creek experience.
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture and system internals.
• REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, and API troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of batch processing.
• SQL and database knowledge.
• Production support and technical RCA experience on enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, OnDemand.
• Azure/AWS, microservices, middleware, Kafka.
• CI/CD, DevOps, performance and security.
• P&C insurance domain experience.
