• Experience working with Duck Creek Billing, with strong knowledge of the platform’s core modules.
• Expertise in XML/XSLT, CSS, SQL, and insurance workflows.
• Strong understanding of the P&C insurance domain.
• Experience in SDLC and Agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both business and technical teams.
