Qualifications

• 7–14 years in IT with 4+ years hands-on in Duck Creek (Policy/Billing/Claims)
• Strong in Duck Creek APIs, integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) and batch processing
• Production support (L2/L3) and RCA experience on complex incidents
• Good SQL skills
• P&C insurance exposure is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Notice period: Immediate to 60 days preferred
