Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer (Integration) to design, build, and support enterprise-grade insurance solutions leveraging Duck Creek Anywhere APIs, Native APIs, Transact, and DCOD.

The candidate will work on integration development, troubleshooting production issues, and data remediation with a focus on headless implementations and API integrations. Strong collaboration with analytics, QA, and business teams is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy Configuration and Development.
• Strong experience with Duck Creek Anywhere APIs, Native APIs, and Headless Implementations.
• Expertise in Duck Creek Transact, Manuscripts, Rules, and Product Configuration.
• Experience working on Integration Solutions involving REST APIs, SOAP Services, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Hands-on production support, incident management, and data remediation activities.
• Understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and policy administration systems.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and extend Duck Creek Policy/Transact components to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement headless integrations using Duck Creek Anywhere APIs and Native APIs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Author and enhance Duck Creek Manuscripts, Rules, Forms, and Transact components.
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshoot critical incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Analyze production issues and execute data remediation scripts.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in DCOD environments.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in release planning, code reviews, and environment deployments.

The role requires hands‑on experience in integration development, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering scalable policy administration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement headless integrations using Duck Creek Anywhere APIs and Native APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Duck Creek Policy Certification.


• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.


• Familiarity with ODCH (OnDemand Cloud Hub).


• Experience working in P&C Insurance domain.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client‑facing skills.
