Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Duck Creek Billing Senior Developer to lead implementation and configuration tasks across Billing Center modules in a multi-city Indian setup. The role requires deep domain knowledge and hands-on technical delivery experience in Duck Creek Billing in an Agile environment.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design scalable billing solutions, configure workflows, and ensure accurate invoicing, payment plans, and rate schedules aligned with P&C insurance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Center (mandatory).
• Strong experience in Duck Creek Billing implementation.
• Expertise in Duck Creek Billing configuration.
• Experience in accounts, payment plans, billing forms, invoices, and installment schedules.
• Experience in PCN processing and commission report generation.
• Strong understanding of direct billing and agency billing processes.
• Ability to configure and support billing workflows and billing cycles.
• Experience with payment processing functionalities.
• Troubleshooting, enhancing, and maintaining Duck Creek Billing applications.
• Good understanding of integrations between Duck Creek Billing and other insurance systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Sound knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain and related business processes.
