Job summary

EY in Kolkata is seeking a seasoned Duck Creek Billing specialist to join our P&C IT team. The role focuses on hands-on billing lifecycle management, configuration, and workflows, with deep expertise in Duck Creek Billing.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive invoice processing, payments and collections, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs. A 4–8 year track record in P&C IT and strong analytics are essential, with Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in P&C Insurance IT with a strong focus on Duck Creek Billing.
• Strong understanding of billing lifecycle (invoicing, payments, collections, refunds).
• Knowledge of billing configuration and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author and Manuscripts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data validation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
