Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end drone survey and inspection projects with timely execution and high data quality.
• Mission Planning Data Collection: Coordinate drone missions and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Data Processing GIS Analysis: Oversee GIS data processing using Pix4D, Drone Deploy, ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Team Leadership: Guide field teams and report progress to clients.
• Client Engagement: Maintain open client communication and adapt plans to needs.
• Business Development: Pursue opportunities, drive proposals, and manage client relationships in drone surveying for government tenders.
• Documentation Reporting: Keep detailed records and progress reports for transparency.

Job description

In this role, you will oversee drone-based data collection projects, manage field and office works and teams, and play a key role in business development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in UAV mission planning, data processing, and client management, with strong expertise in business development, particularly for government tenders and contracts in drone surveying services.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end drone survey and inspection projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality data delivery.
• Mission Planning Data Collection: Coordinate drone missions, apply best practices for drone operations, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
• Data Processing GIS Analysis: Oversee data processing using tools like Pix4D, Drone Deploy, ArcGIS, and QGIS for accurate mapping and analysis.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide field teams, providing clear updates on project progress and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Client Engagement: Maintain open communication with clients, addressing inquiries and adapting project plans to meet their specific needs.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive proposals, and manage client relationships in the drone survey sector, with a focus on government tendering processes.
• Documentation Reporting: Maintain detailed project records and prepare progress reports to support operational transparency.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, or a related field. Experienced Civil Engineers in the drone survey field will be preferred. Certified drone pilot (RPC) with knowledge of UAV regulations. Proven experience in managing drone-based survey projects, including GIS and remote sensing technologies.

Skills Expertise

Proficient in UAV mission planning and drone data processing tools (e. g. , Pix4D, Drone Deploy). Skilled in GIS software (e. g. , ArcGIS, QGIS) and remote sensing. Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities. Knowledgeable in the government tendering process for relevant projectability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
