Job summary

On My Own Technology (OMOTEC) invites applications for Robotic Trainer at Delhi/Pune/Laxmi branches to inspire students from kindergarten to college with practical robotics and coding projects.

Responsibilities include designing engaging lessons, assessing progress, helping develop curriculum, and staying updated with new robotics tools. Teaching in EdTech environment with emphasis on hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with coding languages and programming software such as Scratch, Blockly, and Python, Lego.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn and achieve.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lesson plans for robotics classes, using innovative and engaging teaching techniques.
• Teach students from kindergarten to high school in robotics programming and design, and ensure that they have a solid understanding of the subject matter.
• Manage classroom discipline and ensure that students are engaged and motivated to learn.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in the development and improvement of curriculum materials, lesson plans, and teaching strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and teaching methods in the field of robotics education.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student learning and achievement.
• Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related events as required.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.

As a Robotics Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and engaging robotic sessions to students from kindergarten to Junior Colleges /Degree colleges.
