Job summary

Makers’ Muse in India is seeking a dynamic STEM educator to bring hands-on learning to students in grades 1–10, teaching block coding, Python, robotics, 3D printing, electronics, and drones. You will design workshops, develop resources, mentor junior colleagues, and conduct virtual and in-person sessions at partner schools, with travel across states and occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching and management experience.
• Prior teaching experience in STEM subjects is mandatory; strong knowledge of Coding, Robotics, and Electronics.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school programs and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Teach STEM subjects to students from Grades 1–10, including block coding, Python, Robotics, 3D printing, Electronics, and Drones.
• Create & maintain tech and official documents as required.
• Conduct engaging STEM sessions and prepare students for competitions.
• Mentor junior team members and manage school programs.
• Coordinate with schools and travel for workshops and events.

Requirements

• Working with school kids and teaching them subjects like block coding, Python,Robotics,3D printing, Electronics, Drones, etc.
• Creating & maintaining tech and official documents as required.
• Conducting engaging events and preparing students for competitions.Developing innovative education resources for school students.
• Guiding and mentoring students, designing engaging workshops, and fostering acreative learning environment.
• Conducting virtual sessions.
• Conducting training sessions for junior team members
• Managing team at school
• Coordinating with school management to full fill organization goals
• Assisting seniors in their work
• Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 1–10.
• Flexible to work Monday to Saturday with occasional weekday offs, 8hour shifts starting at 12 PM or 2 PM, with immediate or early joiningpreferred.
