Job summary

Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior Drainage Engineer to design, develop, and implement comprehensive drainage systems for urban infrastructure projects.

You will conduct site surveys, hydrological analyses, prepare drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and modeling tools, oversee construction, ensure compliance with Indian codes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional experience in drainage, civil engineering, or related infrastructure design roles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and drainage design tools.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic analysis and hydrological modeling software (HEC-RAS, STAAD Pro).
• Experience with GIS software for site analysis and mapping.
• Solid understanding of stormwater management and wastewater drainage systems.
• Knowledge of Indian building codes and environmental regulations.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer - Drainage to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive drainage systems and infrastructure solutions.
