Job summary

ITC Infotech in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on .NET Core and MES experience to design and deliver microservice-based solutions for global BSH factories.

You will work on Docker/Kubernetes-based deployments, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines in an Agile SAFe environment within Industry 4.0 programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in .NET Core development and MES solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing IT environments and SAPMES integration is preferred.
• Develop solutions with MS SQL and modern microservice architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and deliver Microservice-based solutions on the .NET stack for MES.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct design reviews, and participate in pair programming.
• Build and deploy containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure robust unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with DevOps to enhance CICD pipelines and agile teams.
• Integrate MES Core services with SAP systems and other factory apps.
• Contribute to front-end micro-apps for operator interfaces and dashboards.
• Support bug fixes, optimizations, and performance tuning in live systems.
• Work within an agile (SAFe) team for global Industry 4.0 projects.

• Leverage cutting-edge technologies in a modern development environment, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, .NET Core, C, Angular, Databases, CICO
• Develop solution with a high degree of complexity in critical production environment using .Net Core, C, and MS SQL.
• Provide development direction and mentor junior software developers, conduct design reviews, pair programming and join hackathons
• Ensure robust unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to deliver scalable and extensible solutions.
