Location-based in India with open notice period. The position offers a full-time opportunity in a fast-growing digital engineering environment with a focus on transformation projects for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• The Technical Lead is required to guide a team of C# and .net developers in architecting and implementing enterprise scale C# and .net applications. This includes architecting the business requirements into technical design and leading a team of c# and .net developers to implement the applications.
• Successful applicants can expect to work in fast paced environment and will work with dynamic projects teams.
• Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.
• Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Provides technical and architectural direction to the software team supporting .Net applications

Required Experience:

• Asp.net development/design and architecture experience.
• Experience with multi-tiered .Net web applications using and MVC (3/4/5) frameworks.
• Experience with Entity framework experience .
• Development using .Net 3.5/4.0, comprehension of advanced concepts and demonstrable skills.
• Experience or Good knowledge on Azure..
• Experience with building web-based applications using MVC / Razor framework, 2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0.

Other Attributes:

• Ability to profile and troubleshoot multi-tier applications.
• Good communication, ability to communicate technical details with all audiences.
• Demonstrable troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Core designing skills & fundamental understanding of SDLC process.
• Experience in design, unit tests and TDD.
• Mentoring developers and guiding small teams
• Design and prototyping experience.
• Has delivered at least 2 full projects with multiple integration points.
• SOA/Web Services Development in an Enterprise environment.
• Hands on skills and ability and aptitude seen on his previous two roles.
