Persistent is seeking a skilled .NET Azure Agentic AI Developer to join its Digital Engineering team. The role focuses on building intelligent applications using Microsoft tech, Azure OpenAI, and Agentic AI across hybrid environments.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions, integrate REST APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and Azure Cloud Services.
• Hands-on with Generative AI tech: Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Custom Connectors, plugins.
• Python for AI/ML and automation.
• Knowledge of API Management and cloud-native security.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and automation use cases.
• Experience working with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Services, Azure SQL Database, and API Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise‑grade applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while driving innovation and delivering customer‑focused solutions
