You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, automated testing, CI/CD, security, and performance, while mentoring junior engineers.

Formación

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in software development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building enterprise applications using .NET technologies and will be proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance development processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure utilizing Azure PaaS Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities using agentic frameworks and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies.
• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAI Codex to accelerate software delivery and improve developer productivity.
• Develop automated testing frameworks and ensure high code coverage through effective testing strategies.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leverage SonarQube and other quality metrics to improve application maintainability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework and MS SQL Server, including T‑SQL development and optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services including Azure PaaS Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies using NUnit and xUnit.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and static analysis tools such as SonarQube.Ability to establish, enforce, and improve quality standards and engineering best practices.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agent Orchestration, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and system integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Governance and Responsible Generative AI principles.
• Strong software design, architecture, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and cloud‑native enterprise applications.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering excellence.
• Strong focus on application security, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
