Role focuses on end-to-end support from inquiry to completion, maintaining high customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with travelers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in domestic travel consulting or sales.
• Strong knowledge of Indian destinations, routes and stays.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
• Good at follow-ups and multitasking to manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp & email.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong follow-ups.
• Create customised travel itineraries.
• Suggest destinations, stays, activities and transport options.
• Ensure packages match customer budgets and expectations.
