Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Domain Architect to design, integrate and customise Nokia solutions and third-party platforms for diverse customer needs. You will deploy end-to-end services, enable rating, charging and provisioning of new services, and collaborate across domains to deliver scalable outcomes in a largely non-customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Packet Core with a Bachelor's or equivalent Degree.
• Experience with Packet Core equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF.
• Experience with cloud technology like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Solution Area team, providing thought leadership and driving successful customer engagements.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery by monitoring delivery KPIs, execution plans, and overall project performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions leveraging Nokia and multi-vendor technologies.
• Influence regional strategy by promoting Nokia solutions, identifying business opportunities, and building trusted customer relationships.
• Design and implement innovative delivery models and integrated solution packages beyond the standard Nokia portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, ensuring resource readiness, mentoring team members, and fostering high performance.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing compelling delivery value propositions and contributing technical expertise to portfolio growth.
