Job summary

RRD Go Creative in Chennai seeks a Document Specialist for the Creative Communications team to produce branded presentations, manage assets, and support client delivery.

The role emphasizes design sense, color theory, timely output, and independent project execution, with familiarity in PowerPoint and basic image editing.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Flash is a plus.
• Experience with PNG, JPEG, GIF, EPS image formats.
• Strong design sense, color theory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver timely, high-quality output.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Production of corporate presentations in adherence to the prescribed brand
• Electronic file maintenance and asset management
• Digital image illustration, retouching and color correction a plus
• Complete all assigned jobs per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner
• Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the LGD/Project Coordinator/Client Manager for appropriate client clarification
• Keep Admin Assistant / Client Manager / Project Coordinator proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time
• Adhere to print security and physical access procedures
• Check feedback on a daily basis
• Ensure process adherence at all times

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:
