Job summary

Newgen is seeking a Graphic Designer - Associate Manager - P&S in Noida. The role requires 2-4 years of experience and a strong portfolio in branding, print and digital media.

You will design flyers, brochures, presentations, logos, and reports, while ensuring color accuracy, typography, and layout consistency. Collaboration with content writers and stakeholders is essential for delivering high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate; Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
• 5-6 years of experience in Graphic Designing, with strong knowledge of design softwares.

Responsibilities

• Designing flyers, brochures, PowerPoint presentations/templates, newsletters, print/digital ads, event backdrops, booth designs, logos, annual reports, diagrams, social media messages, and videos.
• Optimize images through retouching, manipulation and resizing for visual and performance efficiency.
• Apply corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography across web, print, and digital media.
• Manage white space for readability and text-image contrast.
• Handle multiple projects with varying complexity and meet deadlines.
• Articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with content writers and other departments.
• Storyboard rough layouts and develop new design concepts and templates.
• Create and update collateral templates and design guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Designing flyers, brochures, PowerPoint presentations/keynotes, PowerPoint templates, newsletters, print/digital ads event backdrops, event booth structure designs,logos, annual reports, illustratative diagrams, social media messages, and videos \
• Optimize images in terms of retouching those, manipulating and resizing those for visual and performance efficiency
• Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both web, print, and digital media.
• Knowledge of white space management to enhance readability and contrast of text and image
• Managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
• Working methodically and meeting deadlines
• Articulating design concepts and working independently on important projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with content writers and different departments
• Illustrating concepts by designing rough layout (story boarding) of art and copy based on inputs. Passionate for work with zeal to come up with new design concepts, ideas, and templates
• Planning/creating concepts/wireframes based on information/content shared by stakeholders
• Creating and periodically updating various collaterals' templates and design guidelines
  

Desired Profile

• 5-6 years of experience in Graphic Designing, with strong knowledge of design softwares, including Coral, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
• Excellent IT, research skills, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high design standards and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in print production, including knowledge of print specifications, pre-press, bleed, color profiles, and vendor-ready artwork.
• Hands-on experience designing event booths, exhibition graphics, and large-format branding materials.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and concurrent assignments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
