Job summary

Alive Institute of Aesthetics in Delhi invites an experienced Dermatologist to join its medical training team. The role involves conducting lectures, demonstrating aesthetic procedures and supervising doctors during practical training.

The doctor’s primary responsibility will be to help trainees understand aesthetic procedures, treatment planning, patient selection, safety and complication management, while contributing to curriculum and training modules.

Qualifications

• MD or DNB in Dermatology required.
• Valid registration with relevant medical council required.
• Minimum 3/4 years of independent hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine after postgraduate training.
• Strong experience with dermal fillers, skin boosters and energy-based devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theory lectures and practical training sessions in aesthetic medicine.
• Teach facial anatomy, patient assessment, treatment planning and procedure selection.
• Demonstrate aesthetic procedures step-by-step to trainee doctors.
• Train doctors in injectables, energy-based devices, chemical peels, microneedling and other aesthetic procedures.

We are looking for an experienced Dermatologist to join our medical training team. The role involves conducting lectures, demonstrating aesthetic procedures and supervising doctors during practical training

.The doctor’s primary responsibility will be to help trainees understand aesthetic procedures, treatment planning, patient selection, safety and complication management

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory lectures and practical training sessions in aesthetic medicine
• Teach facial anatomy, patient assessment, treatment planning and procedure selection
• Demonstrate aesthetic procedures step-by-step to trainee doctors
• Train doctors in injectables, energy-based devices, chemical peels, microneedling and other aesthetic procedures covered in the institute’s curriculum
• Explain indications, contraindications, product selection, techniques, treatment parameters and aftercare
• Teach safe practice, complication prevention, early identification and appropriate management
• Assess trainees and provide clear, structured feedback on their clinical skills
• Help prepare and update lectures, presentations, treatment protocols and training modules
• Ensure that every demonstration and procedure follows medical, ethical, safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain proper consent, clinical documentation, case records and training records
• Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for patient scheduling, workshops and batch planning.

Requirements:

• MD or DNB in Dermatology
• Valid registration with the relevant medical council
• Minimum 3/4 years of independent hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine after postgraduate training
• Strong practical experience with dermal fillers, skin boosters and energy-based devices
• Sound knowledge of facial anatomy, patient selection, treatment planning and complication management
• Previous experience conducting lectures, workshops, live demonstrations or hands‑on training for doctors
• Ability to explain complex clinical concepts in a clear and practical manner
• Confident while managing patients and trainee doctors together
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, ethical and safe medical practice.
