Job summary

Rasa Derm in Delhi is seeking a Dermatologist to lead OPD consultations across medical, cosmetic, and paediatric dermatology. You will perform dermatosurgical and aesthetic procedures, craft treatment plans with timelines, and supervise therapists with careful parameter sign-offs.

The ideal candidate holds MD/DNB in Dermatology or DDVL, is fluent in Hindi and English, and can explain plans clearly. Fresher residents are welcome; we offer structured onboarding and mentorship.

Qualifications

• MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, or DDVL; final-year residents may apply.
• Strong clinical fundamentals and good judgment about what a treatment can and cannot deliver.
• Bilingual in Hindi and English with ability to explain a Fitzpatrick-appropriate plan.
• Willing to say no to clinically inadvisable requests; prior aesthetics exposure welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run OPD consultations across medical, cosmetic, and paediatric dermatology.
• Perform dermatosurgical and aesthetic procedures — botulinum toxin, fillers, threads, chemical peels, PRP/GFC, microneedling, CO2 laser, lasers, biopsies and minor excisions.
• Build documented treatment plans with timelines, session counts, and home-care protocols.
• Supervise therapists on laser and device-based treatments and sign off on parameters.
• Manage complications and follow-ups with senior support.
• Contribute to patient education content and maintain accurate clinical records.

About us

Rasa Derm is a dermatology and aesthetics practice with clinics in Ashok Vihar and Safdarjung Enclave. We're evidence-first and built around long-term patient relationships rather than one-off procedures. Consultations run on real time slots, not four-minute turnarounds, and treatment plans are documented and followed.

We run both a clinical dermatology practice and an aesthetics arm. A doctor here sees the full spectrum acne, pigmentation, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, and paediatric derm on the medical side; lasers, injectables, threads, and energy-based devices on the aesthetic side.

What you'll do

• Run OPD consultations across medical, cosmetic, and paediatric dermatology
• Perform dermatosurgical and aesthetic procedures — botulinum toxin, fillers, threads, chemical peels, PRP/GFC, microneedling, CO2 fractional laser, Q-switched and long-pulse laser platforms, biopsies and minor excisions
• Build documented treatment plans with realistic timelines, session counts, and clear home-care protocols
• Supervise therapists on laser and device-based treatments and sign off on parameter selection
• Manage complications and follow-ups, with senior support always available
• Contribute to patient education content — our blog, WhatsApp protocols, and SknBiome product guidance
• Maintain accurate clinical records, consent documentation, and pre/post photography

What we're looking for

• MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, or DDVL — final-year residents welcome to apply ahead of completion
• Sound clinical fundamentals and honest judgement about what a treatment can and cannot deliver
• Fluent in Hindi and English; comfortable explaining a Fitzpatrick-appropriate plan to a patient who has already read three conflicting things on Instagram
• Willing to say no to a patient asking for something clinically inadvisable
• Prior aesthetics exposure is welcome but not required — we train

The training you'll get

This matters most if you're joining straight out of residency. Residency gives you medical derm; it rarely gives you confident hands on a laser or a syringe. Here's how we close that gap:

Freshers typically become independent on core aesthetic procedures within four to six months here. We'd rather build that slowly and correctly than have you learn on a complication.
