Job summary

Aragen Life Sciences Limited in Hyderabad, India, seeks a senior scientist with deep hands-on expertise in in vitro ADME assays including solubility, permeability, and metabolic stability to drive project evaluation and decision making.

You will review study reports, ensure quality and compliance, maintain data integrity, and provide expert scientific input in internal and external meetings; experience in IVIVE and PBPK software is a plus.

• KOL level input and recommendations in meetings.

• Maintain strict data integrity and adhere to policies.
• Provide expert opinion in internal and external project meetings with KOL status.

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent Understanding and hands-on expertise of in Vitro ADME assays Viz. Solubility, Permeability, Plasma/metabolic stability, CYP inhibition / induction, Protein binding and transporter assays.
• Responsible for evaluation of In-Vitro ADME/In Vivo project reports, understand project priority and delivery timelines accountability.
• Monitor ongoing studies for quality and compliance.
• Maintain and ensure strict data integrity and adhere to related policies.
• Being KOL, Provide expert opinion and recommendation in scientific internal and external project meetings.
• Experience in human does prediction, IVIVE and PBPK software is a plus.
