Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced professional for ADME bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS. The role involves handling and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS related problems and executing ADME assays across multiple methods.

The candidate will maintain the bioanalytical project flow for in vitro studies and train team members in bioanalysis. Masters degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience are preferred, with location Bengaluru.

• Handle, troubleshoot LC-MS/MS related problems and execute all ADME assays (MDCK, Caco-2, PAMPA, CYP‑Inhibition, high‑throughput solubility, plasma stability, hepatocyte stability, microsomal stability, buffer stability, SGF, SIF, etc).
• Maintain the bioanalytical project flow for in vitro studies.
• Handle and execute kinetic solubility, thermodynamic solubility, and chromatographic Log D studies.
• Analyze MET‑ID samples and prepare reports.
• Train team members in bioanalysis.
