Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, performing, and interpreting metabolite ID studies - Invitro and Invivo.
• Proficient in LC-MS/MS, HRMS for metabolite identification and soft spots.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and interpret structures for Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.
• Strong understanding of drug metabolism principles and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Experience in DMPK concepts and provide insights to project teams.
• Conduct Bioanalysis of samples from in-vivo PK, tissue distribution studies, PK-PD & TK studies via LCMS/MS.
• Represent the group in internal and external meetings; work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of DMPK concepts in large molecule/ADC; communicate well, drive innovation, manage teams is beneficial.
• Prepare SOPs, protocols, reports to support regulatory and non-regulatory submissions.

Job Description
