CorroHealth is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Recruitment Reporting & Analytics to drive data-based decision-making across the Talent Acquisition function. This role will be responsible for recruitment MIS, dashboards, workforce analytics, performance reporting, data governance, and automation of recruitment reporting processes. The incumbent will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, business stakeholders, HRIS teams, and senior management to provide actionable hiring insights, monitor recruitment effectiveness, and improve hiring outcomes through advanced analytics.
Own end-to-end recruitment MIS, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics reporting across business units. Track, analyze, and publish key recruitment metrics, including, but not limited to: Time-to-Fill Time-to-Hire Offer-to-Join Ratio Source Effectiveness Recruiter Productivity Hiring Funnel Conversion Cost-per-Hire Diversity Hiring Metrics Aging Reports Open Requisition Tracking Publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports for leadership review.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Talent Acquisition reporting within Workday. Design, build, and maintain Workday recruitment reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and analytics solutions. Develop custom Workday reports utilizing calculated fields, advanced reporting functionalities, and business objects. Create and manage: Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending Reports) Recruiting Dashboards Discovery Boards Extract, validate, analyze, and distribute recruitment data from Workday. Manage report scheduling, automation, and governance within Workday. Partner with HRIS teams to optimize Workday reporting capabilities and improve reporting efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other visualization tools. Consolidate recruitment data from Workday and other relevant systems to create meaningful business insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and governance across all recruitment reports. Automate recurring reports and build scalable reporting frameworks. Establish reporting standards and best practices across Talent Acquisition.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Prepare and present hiring analytics and insights to senior leadership. Support recruitment governance meetings with accurate and impactful data reporting. Translate complex data into meaningful business narratives and recommendations.
Ability to understand complex Workday business processes and subprocesses Drive reporting automation and operational excellence initiatives. Develop scalable recruitment reporting solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making. Continuously enhance dashboard usability and reporting effectiveness. Promote a data-driven culture within the Talent Acquisition function.
MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–9 years of experience in Recruitment Analytics, Recruitment Reporting, HR Analytics, TA Operations, or related functions. Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in creating and managing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition reports within Workday (Mandatory). Demonstrated experience developing Workday dashboards, custom reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and calculated fields. Experience supporting large-scale hiring environments within Healthcare, Healthcare RCM, ITES, BPM, Shared Services, Technology, or Consulting organizations.
