Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and non-clinical roles across Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, IT and other functions.
• Handle senior-level and leadership mandates (Manager, Senior Manager, AVP/VP).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels; conduct CV screening and initial assessment.
• Collaborate with Business Heads and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and drive closures.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to interviews, offers, and joining.
• Track recruitment metrics like TAT, positions closed, and pipeline.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Talent Acquisition professional to manage corporate and non-clinical hiring, with strong exposure to leadership and senior-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and non-clinical roles across Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, IT and other functions.

2. Leadership Hiring
Handle senior‑level and leadership mandates, including Manager, Senior Manager, AVP/VP and critical positions.
Source and engage passive candidates for niche and senior roles.

3. Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Conduct detailed CV screening and initial candidate assessment.

4. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Business Heads, Functional Heads and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.

5. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation and joining.

6. Recruitment Metrics
Track hiring TAT, positions closed, offer‑to‑joining ratio, pipeline and other recruitment metrics.

• Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
• Candidates from large corporate organizations, IT Services, FMCG, Consumer, Retail or Healthcare are preferred
• Should be hands‑on and not limited to interview coordination
