Must-Have Skills:

1. Excellent knowledge of DLP products like Web DLP, Email DLP, End Point DLP.
2. Ability to design, deploy, and manage server infrastructure.
3. Ability to handle issue resolution and escalation calls.
4. Good team player with a strong learning attitude.
5. Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Knowledge of other DLP products/security tools.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Monitoring and managing DLP applications, including agent installation, troubleshooting, policy creation, and fine-tuning.
• Designing, managing, and upgrading DLP server infrastructure and configuring policies as required.
• Providing support to project teams and handling escalation calls via tickets, CRs, and emails.
• Vendor coordination for issue resolution.
• Evaluation and deployment of new products.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly ITIL reports.
