Alstom is seeking a full-time DLP Manager in Bengaluru to lead defect liability activities and customer relations during the DLP phase. You will coordinate with project teams, manage contractual obligations, and drive reliability initiatives on site.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of all activities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) at the customer site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, engineering, and customer relations), oversee the delivery of contractual obligations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing customer relations regarding all DLP-related activities, but also ensure compliance with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
