Responsibilities

• Monitoring and management of DLP applications; agent installation and troubleshooting; policy creation and fine tuning.
• Design, upgrade and manage DLP server infra; configure policies/settings as required.
• Support project teams; handle escalation calls through tickets, CRs, and emails.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Evaluate and deploy new DLP products.

• Excellent knowledge of DLP Products like Web DLP, Email DLP, End Point DLP.
