Qualifications

• Ability to prepare structured documentation, reports, and operational updates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily administration of Symantec DLP components including Endpoint, Network Prevent, Discover, and Incident Management.
• Perform health checks, service validations, dashboard reviews, and ensure system availability.
• Provide L1/L2 support for DLP incidents, alerts, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot DLP endpoint/agent issues across Windows, macOS, and other OS platforms.
• Participate in upgrades, hotfix deployments, certificate renewals, and license management.
• Support audits, including evidence submission, compliance checks, and remediation tracking.
• Monitor agent coverage, troubleshoot broken/unreported agents, and ensure protection across endpoints.
• Generate MIS and incident/performance reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily administration of Symantec DLP components, including Endpoint, Network Prevent, Discover, and Incident Management
• Perform routine platform health checks, service validations, dashboard reviews, and ensure system availability
• Provide L1/L2 support for DLP incidents, alerts, and operational issues
• Troubleshoot DLP endpoint/agent issues across Windows, macOS, and other supported OS platforms
• Participate in scheduled DLP upgrades, hotfix deployments, certificate renewals, license management, and performance checks
• Support internal/external audits, including evidence submission, compliance checks, and remediation tracking
• Monitor agent coverage, troubleshoot broken/unreported agents, and ensure continuous protection across endpoints
• Generate weekly/monthly MIS, incident trends, and performance reports for management review
