Job summary

Caringwithcolour is seeking a District Coordinator to lead and coordinate district‑level programs. You will collaborate with district/block/cluster functionaries and RPs for planning, implementation, monitoring, review, and assessment of initiatives.

• Plan, implement, monitor, review and assess initiatives taken up by CWC at district level.
• Lead and own initiatives as District Coordinator with leadership and ownership.
• Coordinate with district/block/cluster functionaries and RPs for program activities and reporting.
• Represent the organization at education department levels and build stakeholder relationships.
• Organize and facilitate sessions with DIET faculty, RPs, and CWC team; ensure timely schedules and reviews.
• Visit department offices to participate in meetings and reviews of training programs.
• Document and report progress, outcomes, and learning; ensure alignment with district program goals.

Job description

Co-ordinate with District / Block / Cluster level functionaries and RPs for planning, implementation, monitoring, review, and assessment of initiatives taken up by CWC as part of District Program – by taking up the role of a SPOC

Represent the organization at various levels of the education department in the district and establish strong working relationship with the stakeholders at all levels.

Assume the leadership & ownership of all the initiatives of CWC towards achieving the goals of District Program in the district at the capacity of District Coordinator. Initiatives include; needs assessment of teachers and teacher educators, and educational functionaries, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, program management, handling day to day activities, monitoring and reviews of the program, assessment of the outcomes, documentation and reporting, etc.

Contribute in providing the ground level requirements and perspectives of the stakeholders / beneficiaries to the design team for designing the need based training modules

Understand the District Level Program vision, goals, and activities at the District, Block / Cluster and School level and align CWC’s plans and initiatives with the overall vision of the District level program

Participate in planning, implementation, monitoring, review and documentation of program activities.

Visit offices of the dept at district and block level to participate in meetings and reviews of the training programs implemented by CWC and Dept

Organise / Facilitate / Co-facilitate relevant sessions required for the Block & Cluster level functionaries and education functionaries along with the faculty of DIET, RPs of the Department and CWC’s facilitating team.

Conduct all the team level processes on time – such as Monthly and weekly schedules, weekly progress reviews, daily updates of activities of the team, presentation to CWC leadership teams,
