Job summary

ESP Engineered in Bengaluru is seeking a Teacher specializing in Computer Science to support academic execution and program monitoring. This role involves strong academic coordination, classroom-handling skills, and travel to partner schools. The successful candidate will monitor program implementation, provide guidance to School Implementation Officers, and manage relationships with school leaders to ensure program effectiveness. Monthly travel reimbursement is provided, alongside the responsibility of conducting school visits within a 150-kilometer radius.

• This role is essential to ensure smooth academic execution and on-ground support for our partner schools in the region.

Academic Implementation

• Usage & Outcomes: Monitor program implementation, identify and address usage issues, and track student progress toward learning goals with our partner schools.
• Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support to School Implementation Officers (SIOs) on using the program effectively and achieving desired outcomes.

School Development

• Launch & Growth: Lead smooth program onboarding, training, and ongoing support for schools, maximizing program usage for impactful learning outcomes.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs, understanding their needs and building trust through active communication.

Program Support

• Customer Success: Manage individual school accounts, proactively address concerns using CRM tools, and ensure overall satisfaction with the program.
• Data & Insights: Collect and analyze data from various sources (feedback, usage, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
• School retention: Aim for a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and maintain a 95% retention rate by spearheading renewal processes.

Travel and Benefits

• Conduct school visits within a 150-kilometer radius of the assigned area, providing targeted support to each institution.
• Expected travel duration: 18 days per month.
• Rs. 15,000 monthly travel reimbursement for work-related travel.
