Plan, organize, and manage the daily distribution operations of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Ensure all warehousing, handling, and transportation processes comply fully with health authority guidelines, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and safety standards.
Collaborate with inventory controllers to monitor stock levels, prevent stock outs or overstocking, and manage product batch tracking.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and delivery partners to optimize transport routes, costs, and delivery speeds.
Supervise and execute order processing, shipping records, invoices, delivery confirmations, and ensure accurate batch traceability for audits and potential product recalls.
Promptly address delayed shipments, damaged goods, or temperature excursions, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), chain logistics, inventory software/ERP systems (e.g., zoho), and regulatory frameworks.
