Job summary

Digitide is seeking a Consulting Director for Healthcare RCM to lead the service line and drive high-margin growth for US provider and payer clients. You will shape the RCM domain agenda, presales, and client governance, leveraging deep regulatory and sector expertise.

You will partner with delivery, presales, and alliances to ensure credible, AI-led modernization and advisory excellence across accounts, with scale and impact across a 55,000-strong global workforce.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in healthcare RCM operations or consulting, with strong exposure to consultative sales, solutioning, or advisory roles.
• Deep domain expertise across the RCM value chain patient access, medical coding (ICD-10/CPT), charge capture, billing, AR follow-up, and denials management for US hospital systems, physician groups, or payers.
• Track record of influencing measurable RCM performance improvement (net collection rate, days in AR, denial reduction) through technology/AI-led interventions, in an advisory or SME capacity.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with experience engaging analysts, advisors, and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience building or working within a partner/alliance ecosystem (technology vendors, coding automation platforms, AI/analytics providers) in the RCM space.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer-specific billing requirements).

• Serve as the Healthcare/RCM domain SME across consultative sales, solutioning, and presales bringing deep sector and regulatory context to shape winning proposals.
• Assist delivery teams with domain expertise on patient access, medical coding, billing, and AR/denials management.
• Shape and advocate for the AI-led and platform based RCM modernization roadmap including intelligent coding assist, denial prediction/prevention, eligibility and prior-authorization automation, and patient-payment digital engagement.
• Be the client-facing domain voice in key account conversations, QBRs, and growth discussions across EN accounts.
• Identify and drive high-margin growth opportunities within existing accounts and new client pursuits.
• Build and strengthen alliances and an ecosystem of technology/BPO partners relevant to RCM modernization.
• Represent Digitide in Healthcare-focused analyst and advisor forums, strengthening the firm's positioning in the RCM space.

Job Description: Digitide's Healthcare vertical within International BPM serves US healthcare provider and payer clients. We are hiring a Consulting Director with deep Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain expertise to serve as the service line leader and subject matter expert driving consultative sales, solutioning, and high-margin growth across the Healthcare practice. This is an advisory and client-facing role partnering closely with delivery, presales, and alliances teams to bring deep RCM domain credibility to deals, client relationships, and the broader AI-led modernization agenda.

• Serve as the Healthcare/RCM domain SME across consultative sales, solutioning, and presales bringing deep sector and regulatory context (HIPAA, CMS, payer-specific billing rules) to shape winning proposals.
