The Director Technology will lead technology strategy and execution under the CIO’s guidance, focusing on innovation and scalability for fintech and product-based environments. This role will drive digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics while ensuring robust architecture for enterprise‑grade products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement technology roadmap aligned with CIO’s vision and business objectives.
• Drive adoption of RPA, AI, and data‑driven solutions tailored for fintech and product platforms.
• Oversee design and development of scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications using .NET and Microsoft technologies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.

DATA & ANALYTICS

• Lead implementation of Power BI dashboards and advanced analytics for real‑time insights.
• Establish strong data governance frameworks for sensitive financial data.
• Explore AI/ML models for fraud detection, credit scoring and predictive analytics.
• Integrate automation (RPA) for operational efficiency in financial workflows.
• Build and mentor high‑performing technology teams with product engineering expertise.
• Foster a culture of innovation and agile delivery.
• Manage technology budgets and strategic vendor partnerships effectively.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
