AIS InfoSource is seeking a Director Technology to lead technology strategy and execution under the CIO's guidance. This role will focus on innovation, digital transformation, and advanced analytics for fintech environments.
The successful candidate will have 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with a strong background in building high-performing teams. Essential duties include implementing technology roadmaps and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The Director Technology will lead technology strategy and execution under the CIO’s guidance, focusing on innovation and scalability for fintech and product-based environments. This role will drive digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics while ensuring robust architecture for enterprise‑grade products.
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Required English: Business Fluent. Required Hindi: Business Fluent.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
