Job summary

Zuci Systems India in Chennai is seeking a hands-on leader to head our Data & Analytics practice. You will own end-to-end responsibility for the practice, driving revenue, shaping solutions, mentoring teams, and engaging with customers as a trusted advisor.

You will build scalable offerings for enterprise data management, lead a large team, and guide modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP while aligning with client needs and strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Growth

Technical Thought Leadership

• Provide direction across modern data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)
• Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organization

Pre-sales & Solutioning

• Lead pre‑sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
• Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins
• Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussions

Team & People Leadership

• Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets
• Build strong second‑line leadership within the team
• Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership
