Job summary

Zuci Systems is seeking a hands-on Director to lead the Data & Analytics Practice. You will own end-to-end responsibility of the practice, drive revenue, shape solutions, mentor teams, and engage with customers.

You will lead architecture and delivery, guide 100+ professionals across skills, manage profitability, and partner with sales for pre-sales, proposals, and client presents. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Data & Analytics.
• Proven leadership of large teams and P&L ownership.
• Strong cloud data platform knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with enterprise data management and pre-sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data management.

• Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
• Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins
• Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets
