Zensar Technologies in Pune, India seeks a Director & Head of ServiceNow / ESM Tools Practice to own the practice numbers, drive large deals, and lead a global delivery footprint.

You will grow the partnership, mentor 150+ professionals, deliver AI-enabled offerings, and build reusable assets while ensuring client value across Europe, the US, the Middle East and APAC. Engineering or CS degree required.

Qualificações

• 20+ years in IT, with 10+ years in ServiceNow, ITSM or ESM.
• 5+ years running a practice, CoE or large delivery unit with P&L responsibility.
• Handled a P&L of USD15M+ and 20+ Clients.
• Solid ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM and ITOM, plus modules like HRSD, CSM or GRC.
• Has led teams of 150+ people across countries.
• Has worked with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East or APAC.
• Engineering or computer science degree.
