Success Pact Consulting Private Limited is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in India with 12–15 years of experience to lead recruitment operations and deliver strategic hiring solutions. The role emphasizes client management, revenue growth, and strong leadership across teams.

The candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment, develop client relationships, and steer strategic hiring initiatives in a fast-paced technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Leadership, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, acquire new business, and drive revenue.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, market trends, and hiring technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant business tools.
• A technical qualification such as B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, or M.Tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery and timely closures.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
• Drive business development through lead generation, new client acquisition, and relationship building.
• Manage key client accounts, proposals, commercial discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Drive recruitment revenue, business performance, and client satisfaction.
• Guide sourcing strategies for specialised, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Analyse hiring requirements, forecast recruitment demand, and optimise delivery processes.
• Monitor recruitment performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams to achieve individual and organisational targets.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and performance-oriented work culture.
