• Strong experience delivering products from concept to production.

Role Overview

The Director – Program Management & Embedded Systems Engineering will lead multiple customer programs across embedded hardware and product engineering domains. The role requires strong technical leadership combined with business acumen to manage customer engagements, engineering execution, delivery excellence, and organizational growth.

This position will be responsible for managing cross-functional engineering teams while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Lead multiple complex engineering programs from concept, architecture, design, development, validation, manufacturing, and product release.
• Own project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive predictable project execution through strong governance and program reviews.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, schedule, and commercial objectives.
• Serve as the primary interface for strategic customers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into executable engineering plans.
• Build long-term customer relationships through delivery excellence.
• Support proposal preparation, solution definition, estimations, and technical presentations.

Engineering Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams comprising Hardware, FPGA, Embedded Software, RF, Mechanical, PCB Layout, Manufacturing, and Validation engineers.
• Drive engineering best practices, technical reviews, and continuous process improvements.
• Mentor engineering managers and technical leads.

Business Growth

• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution proposals.
• Identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Contribute to capability building and strategic technology roadmaps.
