Responsabilités

• Own and deliver complete subsystem development from concept through production.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning hardware, software, procurement, and supply chain.
• Define system specifications, requirements, software architecture and design patterns for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Drive system engineering activities including Design, integration, and validation.

• Conduct performance evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization of system components.

• Strong background in software engineering with hands‑on technical understanding
• Proven experience in product development lifecycle (concept to production)
• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex subsystems
• Solid system engineering and system integration experience
• Ability to work across multiple engineering domains (HW/SW)
• Strong technical program management and team leadership skills
• Experience in requirements definition, system architecture, and performance evaluation
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross‑functional technical reviews and drive decision‑making.

Desired Skills

• Background in inspection systems or related high‑precision systems
• Familiarity with hardware‑software co‑design environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Advanced technical certifications or program management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
• 14+ years of experience in engineering software product development
