Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibility
• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, managers, and large-scale technology initiatives
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience leading Agile software development teams and implementing DevOps and CI/CD best practices
• Experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing engineering teams
• Solid understanding of software architecture, API development, distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Proven solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business leaders at all levels
• Proven excellent communication, presentation, and organizational leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud adoption and modernization efforts across AWS/Azure/GCP
• Promote Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD for reliable deployments

Primary Responsibility:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with contact center, customer experience, omnichannel engagement, routing, workforce optimization, or customer service technologies

• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical production platforms with stringent reliability requirements
• Experience working with distributed global engineering teams and third-party vendors
• Experience within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or telecommunications
• Exposure to AI, automation, conversational platforms, or customer experience technologies
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, platform engineering, and enterprise integration frameworks
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes
• Solid people leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams
• Results-oriented and capable of driving execution across complex organizational environments
