Job summary

Dezerv in Mumbai is seeking a compliance professional to independently manage regulatory and legal compliance for its SEBI-regulated businesses, including PMS and MFD. You will interpret regulations, coordinate filings, audits and inspections, and partner with business teams to strengthen governance.

This role requires strong knowledge of SEBI norms, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to drive timely disclosures across functions to support Dezerv's growing investment platform.

Qualifications
