Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead the HR function and shape a culture that empowers our team to deliver memorable guest experiences. This role drives talent development, workforce planning, and strategic people initiatives across the property.

You will partner with hotel leadership to advance workforce capability, manage the HR budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion an inclusive, high-performance environment that supports our Yes I Can! ethos.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth running of the HR Department with all responsibilities delivered to high standards.
• Maximizes guest service and team experience through proactive, responsive issue resolution.
• Develops and implements plans where HR initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
• Works with stakeholders to manage team lifecycle, fostering growth and performance.
• Owns HR budget and training plans, evaluating team performance with management.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Reviews resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession plans; offers value-added recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with legislation and audit requirements, with follow-up where needed.

• Ensures the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels.
• Works proactively to maximize the guest service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Develops and implements plans where human resources initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
• Works with key stakeholders, effectively managing and reviewing the life cycle of the team within the hotel, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance.
• Owner of the Human Resources budget and training plan, where together with management, facilitates the evaluation of team performance.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners.
• Reviews and scrutinizes employee resourcing, compensation, employee development, training and succession plans, providing recommendations that will enhance performance and provide added value to the individual and the company.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
