HypTechie in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Engineering Lead to drive technology and process implementations, aligning teams with functional objectives and governance. You will influence senior stakeholders, champion a diverse, inclusive culture, and steer product ownership and cloud-native initiatives using AWS, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Practical cloud native experience.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
• Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
